“Many women have experienced so much during COVID like the loss of a loved one, getting furloughed or downsized from a job, caring for family members or homeschooling children” says YWCA Northern New Jersey CEO Helen Archontou. “It’s been a tough year, and it’s so important that we stand together, Shoulder to Shoulder. We want to help women achieve success, make bold decisions and be inspired to find their true purpose.”
