Conference attendees will get actionable insights from corporate thought leaders on effective communication and interpersonal skills, the changing role of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and cultivating confidence and creativity to become a true changemaker.
Keynote speaker Sarah Walton—Business Mentor, Founder of Sarah’s Business Accelerator & The Money Mindset Course—will present strategies on how to ignite passions personally and professionally. The Power Panel, moderated by Columbia Bank Training and Development Officer Alycia Banks, will give attendees the opportunity to engage in Q&A with Laura Blackmer, Senior Vice President of Dealer Sales, Konica Minolta; Ann Piccirillo, Strategic HR, Innovation and Enterprise Systems, KPMG; and Tiffani Scott, Global Inclusion and Diversity Leader, BD.
