We offer a competitive benefits package. Employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for medical and dental insurance, life and long-term disability insurance, paid holidays, sick time, personal days, and three weeks’ vacation (for the first five years). Employees who work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for prorated paid time off. Both are eligible for 50 percent off the cost of child care and summer camps, as well as additional discounts on other YWCA programs.
