YWCA Northern New Jersey offers ongoing FREE Zumba Gold and other Senior Fitness classes at the following Bergen County Senior Centers: East Rutherford, Ridgefield Park, Garfield, Hackensack, Midland Park, Bergenfield and Elmwood Park. All classes are open to Bergen County residents age 60 and up. I.D. required at first visit.
All classes are made available FREE of charge for seniors through the Bergen County DSS funding.

Aqua Therapy classes provide rehabilitation and recreation utilizing water’s buoyancy to reduce stress on weight-bearing joints and provide resistance to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve circulation.
