YWCA Northern New Jersey is dedicated to the health and well-being of everyone who takes part in our senior fitness classes. We believe in strengthening the mind and body through movement in a safe, supportive, challenging, and fun environment. Our highly trained and certified fitness professionals and instructors teach based on the guidelines provided by the Aerobics and Fitness Associations of America (AFAA) and the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA).
Burn calories with water aerobics. Improve circulation, muscle tone and flexibility while working out to fun music! classes may include deep water exercise with flotation equipment.
Deep H2O Running
Learn to deep water “run” with flotation belts. No swimming ability is necessary! Great for all ages and recovering athletes looking for a non-impact workout.
